Guide to Conyza -- Avis Boutel

Basal and upper leaves from all three Conyza (horseweed)--left to right:

  • Conyza bonariensis (flax-leaved horseweed) non-native--leaves grayish, small
  • Conyza canadensis (Canada horseweed) native—leaves green, thin
  • Conyza sumatrensis (tropical horseweed) non-native –leaves huge, strongly-toothed)
